* These location Assignments are for Port Isabel and South Padre Island.

These prices are with or without professional lighting, and include setup and tear down time. Travel time to and from location will be billed @ $25.00 per hour provided photo shoot is outside the South Padre Island/Port Isabel geographical area. In some cases, the hourly rate could be $75.00 an hour. This price must be agreed upon in advance of a photo session and generally requires a photo assignment where I am contracted over a lengthy time. (more than one day or one hour). Client must add 8.25% sales tax plus shipping and handling, if applicable. A resale tax number must be on file to be exempt from the sales tax before invoicing.

Re-shoots

Photographers reserve the right to re-shoot without fee when dissatisfied with the quality of the photography or when the re-shoot is caused by the photographers’ own clear default.       (e.g. negligence regarding equipment malfunction). Other re-shoots are traditionally billable in full. Specifically, changes or variations of any kind or character from items previously approved (layout, location, models, props etc. ) As stated by the original contract between Richard Stockton Photography and client, will be billed accordingly as full-fee shoot, not to be less then ˝ of the original photo fee contract price.

 Cancellations

Cancellations will be acceptable and payable in full if within 72 hours of assignment. Otherwise, 50% of contract photo fee will be charged.
